No more vibrations and noise!
The new Air Italy EPG-21 Electric Paramotor uses a brush-less motor which guarantees great performance, reduced maintenance, greater reliability compared to combustion engines and is more compact for the same power.
The revolutionary electric motor of the EPG-21 paramotor is capable of generating 86 KG* of static thrust with its 130 cm Tribal E-Prop propeller giving low inertia and high dynamic performance.
The EPG-21 also has the characteristics of the best chassis, with adjustable and tilting lower arms and anti-torque correction.
Supplied with APCO harness.

The decision is yours
Pros for Electric PPG
- No more maintenance - that's right there's only one moving part on an electric PPG. However, you still need to do pre-flight checks to ensure everything is secure
- No vibrations: without a combustion engine, there's nothing to cause vibration, unless your prop is unbalanced
- Less noise: while there is still prop noise, there is almost no engine noise. Overall, it's significantly quieter, and when you release the throttle there's nothing
- No warm up required. Pre-flight check, setup and go!
- Instant and linear power
- Remove the battery in seconds to make transport and carrying easier and lighter
- Option of additional batteries
- Thrust: depending on prop choice, you're going to get similar to the top combustion engines
Considerations for electric PPG
- If you plan on flying regularly for more than an hour at a time: battery range is around 80 mins on this electric unit - this is dependent on loading, wing choice, flying style, battery size, and other factors. If you have your heart set on regularly flying for more than an hour in a single session, then combustion engines are going to be a better choice for now.
- Recharge: Depending on battery size, you're going to need approx 4hrs to recharge an empty battery to full.
- Weight: While electric units are much lighter, batteries add significant weight. If you want to decent flight time (60+mins), you're going to be dealing with a similar weight (but you can separate the unit and battery for ease of carrying). However, if light weight is your primary preference, you could choose smaller battery capacities.
If you think a combustion engine is right for you, we can hook you up with one of Air Italy's quality units
Air Italy is backed by a dedicated and highly experienced team. They have been manufacturing paramotors and high quality commercial drones for the best part of a decade. The company is founded and run by passionate PPG pilots and engineers.
The frames and batteries are made on site and therefore there is strict tight control over the process and quality. This also means parts are readily available.
Air Italy batteries are provided with a high quality battery management system (BMS), are fully enclosed, incorporate a cooling system and are designed to prevent thermal runaway.
Air Italy provides a 2 year warranty.
